Rand Water is looking for candidate to assist the Artisan with repairs to bodywork of Rand Water vehicles and equipment, e.g. cars, trucks, LDV”s tractors and heavy machines.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Assist Artisan with repairs on vehicles
Assist Artisan with special equipment e.g. hydraulic pumps, spray gun, body file, grinding and sanding down
Conducts small spray jobs without supervision
Maintain and adhere to SHEQ legislative and corporate stands
Knowledge:
Knowledge of basic concepts relevant to the job
General knowledge of workshop
Working knowledge of Safety
Skills:
Communication skills
Vehicles panel beating skill in the workshop enviroment
Attitude
Performance drive
Team work
Customer service orientation
