This role involves assisting with workshop administration and communication, contributing to the smooth functioning of the workshop operations.

Position Overview:

As a Workshop Admin Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include creating job cards, generating pro-forma invoices for job cards, managing orders from external vendors, and handling daily bank deposits. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining an up-to-date risk file (GMR) and ensuring all necessary forms are appropriately signed off.


Minimum Education/Training:

  • Grade 12

Minimum Work Experience:

  • 6 months of relevant experience

Key Performance Areas:

  • Create and manage job cards
  • Generate pro-forma invoices
  • Handle external vendor orders
  • Conduct daily bank deposits
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk file (GMR)
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Respond promptly to and resolve client queries

Technical Knowledge/Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of workshop administration
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Understanding of parts and maintenance items to be ordered
