Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
Requirements
• 3 Years’ experience in sourcing processes, understanding of sourcing methodologies for local and overseas suppliers, effectively buying/procuring the product and identifying trends in the market as quickly as possible
• Top-notch negotiator who is not afraid to push for the right product at the right price.
• Ability to sell, persuade and negotiate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Creative, innovative and lateral thinker
• Knowledge of cost analysis techniques
• Knowledge of contract law
Duties
• Prepare bids, requests for quotes, and proposals in compliance with necessary procurement codes.
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
• Sourcing/buying the right products as per the requirement of the company
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
• Controlling the procurement budget and providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing
• Meeting with vendors and clients
• Document work in progress.
• Complete moderately complex administrative paperwork.
• Investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
