As the Team Assistant, you will provide effective assistance to the Managers, which will include arranging venues for meetings, following up on items to be actioned, effective PA duties as well as timely and accurately typing up documents.
More of your duties will include:
Responsibilities:
• Effective filling system ensuring that information is easily accessible as well as phone answering
• Attending to all incoming correspondence from corporate, internal and post office as well as keeping record of all outgoing correspondence
• Preparing, creating, and distributing and coordinating function invitations and activities as well as ensuring catering is up to standard
• Ensuring department diaries are up to date and ensuring inter department communication is clear and up to date
• Awareness of computer system developments and applications or training that could assist in this role
• Reserve parking for Management/Visitors at Corporate Office
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality
• Assist during emergencies
Requirements:
• Qualification related to secretarial or administration
• Grade 12
• Computer literate
• At least 1 – 2 years secretarial / administration experience
• Exposure to working in a pressurised environment
• Exposure to being a personal assistant for Management
