Gibela Rail Transport Consortium invites suitable candidates to apply for the Taping Operator (Coils) positions in Motors.
The successful candidates will be based in Dunnottar, Nigel.
Purpose:
Finish Coil insulations according to technological & quality requirements.
Organizational Reporting:
Reporting to the EPU Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Comply with company regulations in attendance, EHS and PPE wearing.
• Accomplish production task according to industrial requirements, quality requirements and Team Leader’s allocation.
• Know-well the work instruction and drawing of each step-in coil insulation process; Operate independently the related equipment for coil insulation work.
• Check the equipment daily and report report malfunctions to maintenance timely.
• Conduct self-inspection and ensure that the products meet quality standards.
Requirements:
• Grade 12.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Fundamentals of Instrumentation and measurements.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills (both Written and Verbal).
Preference will be given to candidates from local communities and candidates with disabilities.
