Purpose of Job
Selection and placement of candidate at client healthcare facilities. Coordinate the shifting and replacement of Healthcare Staff in line with the contract requirements. Coaching/Mentoring of Junior Staffing Coordinators.

Responsibilities:
• Identify client’s staffing and recruitment needs through online staffing request systems, electronically and telephonically.
• Identify suitable candidates on Company Database for placement and assignments at clients’ facilities.
• Monitoring electronic systems and telephones for new and existing vacancies as per the standard requirements.
• Record placements, vacancies & replacements daily, weekly, monthly basis on the electronic booking system (NIMS & TempCare) within the specified time frames.
• Submit Employee documents and datafiles to Clients for access to client facilities via Kronos and other systems as permitted by the company. With the consent of the employee in line with POPIA.
• Sending confirmations to clients of candidates confirmed shifts on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly basis as per the company standard time frames.
• Sending confirmations to candidate of confirmed shifts as and when they occur in line with company minimum time frames via SMS, Telephone.
• Place adverts through company advertiser using the standard advertising process.
• Ensure that the interview, screening process, pre assessment and induction, is completed with each candidate in line with company standard and procedure.
• Select and book suitable candidates for orientation and training prior to the employee’s commencement of work at client facilities through the training department.
• Ensure that the necessary screening of candidates is processed before candidates are sent for orientation or training.
• Ensure that candidates are referred to the company E-Learning platform for online training, with a minimum of at least 50% of your monthly billed staff pool.
• Relay complaints from Clients to direct reporting line within the specified time frames.
• Relay grievance from Employees to direct reporting line within the specified time frames.
• Ensure that employee’s disciplinary and IR issues are escalated to the HR manager within the prescribed company guidelines.
• Telephonically call to Activate and Reactivate existing or potential clients and candidates on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. A minimum of 2 client activation and 4 candidate activations per month.
