We are on the lookout for an Admin assistant who has a passion for support and who is able to handle multiple requests , someone who is looking to grow within our business and who has a passion for people
Responsibilities:
• Effective sales tracking
• Office Administration
• Effective budget / expenditure management
• Effective diary management and office administration (including ad hoc events management)
• Co-ordination of trade visits
• Effective teamwork and self-management
• Effective reporting and tracking done via MS Excel
Requirements:
• Have 1-2 years secretarial / admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG
• Have a completed Grade 12
• Have excellent MS office experience
• Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Financial Management Skills
• Planning and Organising Skills
• Time Management Skills
