Job Description

You are responsible for
• Consolidating shipment reports, deliveries and return orders on a weekly basis;
• Confirming order details such as order date, payment terms, items, order quantities and unit price;
• Validating stock availability, customer credit checks and back orders.
• Collaborating with finance to resolve overdue disputes;
• Utilizing ERP systems such as UPS and SAP to cross reference stock and rectifying discrepancies that arise due to supply chain complexities;
• Monitoring back-orders and estimated time of arrival and communicating such to internal and external consumers;
• Meeting quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations (Ensure orders are placed within agreed upon timeframes);
• Extracting orders that are received via orderwise, surgicom, mymarket;
• Resolvingcustomer queries and complaints within a 24-hour time frame;
• Completing ODS (Order data sheet) and sends to CFC (Customer Fulfilment Centre) within agreed upon time frame;
• Booking orders out of the UPS system in accordance to the delivery note
• Monitors orderwise, surgicom and mymarket with support from the consumables team.
• Investigates stock variances between ERP systems.
• Conducts quarterly wall to wall stock counts to ensure physical inventory in aligned with the EPR systems.
• Monitors weekly cycle counts with 3pl.
• Effective management of return orders following RMA procedure.
• Resolves both equipment and consumable disputes timeously with finance to clear AR.
• Management of 3rd party equipment orders, from order placement to delivery at customer.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Degree in logistics;
• 2 years of experience;
• Customer centric;
• Attention to details;
• Good communication skills;
• Effective time management.
• Good Excel skills
• Capacity to work on SAP would be beneficial
