Reports to: SHER Officer
Responsibilities:
To ensure all off-cuts are being removed regularly
Convey scrap to scrap bins
Keep slitters floor clean
Able and willing to do other jobs as requested by his supervisor
Strap copper wire chips for general stores
Good house keeping
Adhere to all Safety requirements
Strapping and wrapping of plate before return to Stores
Job Requirements
Matric / N2
National Diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, Safety, Quality and Environment
Mechanical skills would be an advantage
Relevant experience, preferably in high-speed manufacturing environment
Be prepared to work shifts and overtime
Open minded, motivated and a team player
