Samancor is offering Learnerships to applicants who are interested in joining anyone of the following Fields: Diesel Mechanic, Boiler Maker, Electrician, Fitter.

TRAINING:
• Training will run for a period of 36 months. Candidates will attend both practical and theory
• An allowance will be payable whilst busy with the Apprenticeship.
• Training will be conducted through SETA accredited training provider
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 / N3 with Maths and Physical Science / Engineering Science
• 1x Relevant Fitter Trade theory subject will be required.
• Mathematics / Physical Science / Engineering Science with minimum 60%
• Proof of qualification to be attached and authenticated
• Will undergo a medical examination
• Will be required to undergo a psychometric assessment, hand-eye foot coordination test
• Must be from Middelburg
ADVANTAGEOUS:
• Valid Driver’s License (minimum B/ Code 8)
