Manager
(*m/f/d)*based in our office in Dar Es Salam
*Your Mission: *
• Manage the Sales portfolio and Reservations team.
• Develop the AVIAREPS Reservations team to become a profitable part of the business
• Representing our clients in a professional and knowledgeable way to travel trade partners and commercial companies (dedicated role)
• Reporting and reacting to market conditions
• Maintaining and increasing revenue and market share to meet annual targets
• Monitoring competitor activity in the market and provide feed-back to your Manager
• Implementation of target group-specific sales and marketing measures
• Support Management team in Marketing and all sales-related functions
• Participation in trade fairs and events
• Doing sales missions in the different cities of Tanzania
• Providing sales support to the trade
• Taking passenger calls on our client dedicated telephone line
• Covering reservations function on occasions
*Your Qualifications: *
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration /Marketing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills
• Preferably good work experience in all aspects of the airline and/or travel trade (outgoing) sales environment
• Good standard of written and spoken English
• Working knowledge of GDS – Amadeus
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) programmes
• Good knowledge of MIDT, ESmash & BSP
