Responsibilities:
Safety:
• A strong personal commitment to safety
• Personal responsibility for safety incident reporting

• Familiarization with Hatch safety processes, protocols and procedures.
Data development, verification, and set-up planning:
• Based on project coding, assist in populating approved measurable commodity quantities and productivity factors
• Assist maintaining and optimizing schedule, monitor progress, highlight and resolve schedule issues
Project schedule monitoring, updates and general:
• Assist updating the schedule in conjunction with the lead planner
• Assist generating and verifying weekly updates and issue progress reports
• Assist extracting and publishing project schedules
• Assist generating progress curves
Requirements:
• Three years tertiary qualification, relevant degree or diploma in engineering or project management or suitable comparable experience
• 0-4 experience as a Planner in a multi discipline project environment
• Sound technical knowledge in a multi-discipline environment
• Technical overview of work methods and techniques
• Risk management principles
• Good knowledge of project management principles.
