The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the creative and publishing content within all social media platforms. One of the key factors would be to assist in the growth of the targeted audience, boosting and developing brand awareness, which would ultimately boost sales.

Responsibilities:
• Solid administrative skill set, with regards to sending, actioning and updating of all required reports
• Play a key role in planning of the brands social media strategy
• Generating, editing and updating of all required content
• Would be responsible for all administrative and creative content on all social media platforms
• Optimizing of all avenues regarding the social media aspect to ensure the majority of industry and or brand awareness, culminating in more customer
attention / engagement
• Full understanding of “soft selling” whilst engaging on all social media channels
• Reviewing, updating, being involved with the creative strategy to ensure that all pages are relevant, updated and inline with what the current trends are indicating
• Understanding the target market, to ensure that within each platform, it utilized to its full optimization
• Keeping abreast of all current trends and ensuring product knowledge is updated regularly
• Forging of key relationships within each business division and externally
• Full understanding and capability to utilise various Social media service providers and systems for the effective management and planning of Social media posts and responses.
• Attending to any marketing department queries / administrative tasks
• Liaising with externals regarding in-club shoots / renting of space for activations
• Dealing with media on installations and approving campaigns
• Keeping a filing system of all PO’s and artworks, sign offs
• Ensuring the templates on marketing drive are updated.

• Club Openings – Project administration, implementation and commissioning
• Assisting with Internal and External Signage
• Relationship management including Key Partners

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma within the related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years proven work experience in social media marketing
• Focused attention to detail such as writing and editing
• Above level communication spoken and written
• Strong customer focus and relationship building
• Multitasking is a skill set
• Presentable portfolio.
