Responsibilities:
• Updating pricing
• Updating catalogue
• Managing supplier portal
• Managing supplier tenders submitted on the portal
• Managing supplier evaluation on the portal
• Managing interphase between Oxalys and Business Central
• Managing supplier documentation submitted on the portal
• Ensuring all supplier documentation is correct
• Managing supplier onboarding process on the portal
• Providing training to the supplier on how to use the supplier portal
• Managing any club queries regarding the system
• Providing training to new staff joining PF
• Providing daily, weekly, monthly reports on the system
• Liaise with Internal Audit for auditing purposes
Requirements:
• Above average communication skill
• 2 years plus procurement experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be Gauteng based
• Preferable exposure to the Health and Fitness industry
