To offer continual support with a solid foundation within an administrative role, by building rapport internally with colleagues and members. Ensuring that all targets / KPI that are set daily, weekly and monthly are met.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all administrative requirements are updated daily
• Offer member client service
• Ability to multi-task
• Work on various administrative designated campaigns
• Ensure all communication is handled telephonically, email etc.
Requirements:
• Matric
• Computer literate
• Minimum of one (1) year debt experience
• Customer Service
• Experience on Excalibur preferred
