Requirements: To qualify for this opportunity, you must be a South African citizen aged between 18-25, with a Grade 12 certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent. Additionally, you should have achieved a minimum of 60% in pure Maths or 70% in Mathematical literacy, along with a 65% pass rate in English. Crucially, applicants must be currently unemployed and have not previously participated in a learnership program.
Duties & Responsibilities: Joining our Learnership program opens doors to various career paths, including roles in Claims and Operations. While completion of the program does not guarantee immediate full-time employment, it serves as a stepping stone towards building a successful career. Successful candidates will undergo a twelve-month employment period with a monthly stipend of R3 500, gaining invaluable experience along the way.
