    • Execute merchandising activities as per the cycle brief.

  2. Data Management and Analysis:
    • Record relevant metrics and competitor activities.
  3. Effective Human Capital Management and Development:
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
    • Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
  4. Effective Administration:
    • Submit required documents on time, including Proof of Delivery and expense reports.
    • Manage and care for company assets issued for business use.

Knowledge and Experience:

Applicants for the Merchandiser role should have:

  • 12 months of merchandising experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Relevant experience in spirits is preferable.
  • Minimum education requirement: Grade 12.
  • Beneficial: CWA or WSET certification.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to work with numbers.
