Responsibilities:
Carrying out Preventative Maintenance Routines to the required Lubrication standards on all
equipment’s across Cement Central, which includes Roodepoort, Brakpan, Vanderbijlpark,
Lesotho and eSwatini.
Reporting on compliance to plan and standards.
Maintaining related work lists in SAP.
Maintaining Preventative Maintenance System Records.
Identifying and trending of failure mechanism.
Identifying and trending of failure mechanism condition.
Providing feedback to Superiors on major deviations.
Giving constant feedback on Lubrication Inspection results.
Performing diagnosis and prognosis on oil sample analysis.
Maintaining all tools and equipment to the highest standard.
Ensuring that work execution is done in accordance with Company policy, procedures,
standards and work instructions.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must be a qualified Fitter
Minimum two years cement experience.
Valid driver’s licence.
Lubrication Technician:
Sound understanding of machine operations.
Must be skilled in Lubrication techniques.
Advanced Lubrication Root Cause Analysis skills.
Previous Lubrication training will be advantageous.
