Job Description:
Learnership Purpose: The 12-month Learnership Programme is tailored for individuals aspiring to gain expertise in Debt Recovery while acquiring hands-on experience. Candidates will actively participate in learning activities to achieve the stipulated NQF qualification, maximizing every opportunity to enhance their skills and build valuable work experience.
Learnership Outputs: During the program, learners will engage in various activities, including:
- Securing promise to pays from members in arrears
- Managing routine correspondence related to collections or recovery issues
- Addressing queries from debt collectors and members
- Handling legal collections queries and overseeing legal processes
- Administering the repossession of vehicles and demands
- Liaising with valuators, tracers, sheriffs, and lien holders
- Monitoring progress on judgments
- Assisting in managing portfolios for attorneys and debt collectors
- Maintaining internal and external relationships
Contract Details:
- 12-month learnership contract
- Monthly allowance of R4,500
Requirements:
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with standard Mathematics and/or Accounting
- Currently not registered for any studies
- Currently not working
- Opportunity available to previously disadvantaged youth
