Responsibilities:
• Inspect general ledger transactions and classify them according to different RAF revenue
categories.
• Ensure that invoices and all supporting documents are submitted to RAF within stipulated
timeframes.
• Management of RAF Account Receivable age analysis.
• Maintain direct communication or interfacing with RAF on collection matters and dispute resolution.
• Review internal controls in the RAF section.
• Update Supervisor: Accounts Receivable and Head of Division on outstanding transactions.
• Process RAF Refunds or credit notes as and when required.
• Reconcile RAF debtor’s statement on monthly basis.
• Compare RAF debtor’s statement with receipt schedule.
• Implement revised internal controls after approval by the Head of Department: Finance & SCM.
• Provide input to RAF budget such as estimated amounts for RAF recoveries;

Requirements:
• National Diploma in Finance/ Accounting
• 1 year’s financial experience.
Competencies:
• Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Business Ethics;
• Understanding of Risk Management;
• Excellent Communications skills
• Excellent Financial Management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and Word)
Remuneration package: R322, 536 per annum
