Business Need/Purpose of Role:
To ensure that hoses are built according to te specification and quality and must be visibly in good order.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 / (Matric) / N3 Certificate
Forklift License
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years related experience
Key Tasks:
Identify workload
Prepare flange and rubber
Load and unload Mandral
Operate the Hose machine and Hose bend machine
Operate the cutting machine
Trimming of hoses
Manufacture of sleeves
Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Adherence of all SHE and housekeeping requirements
Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times
Minimum Skills/Abilities:
Material handling and storage
Teamwork orientated
Problem solving skills
Good Communication skills at all levels
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work shifts if needed
Ability to read, write and understand the English Language
