Responsibilities:
• Ensuring a smooth flow of dispatch staging lanes by monitoring the fully picked app to initiate the checking
• Checking the stock against the shipment and packing it into handling units using a scanner
• Making sure that the stock is fully wrapped before dispatch and coordinate the goods handover process
• Report any incorrect picking to the Inventory Controllers and immediately report any leakages
• Update the warehouse manager on any nonconformances and stock that need to go to WNCQ
• Responsible for document control within the warehouse to ensure quality management
• Give priority to stock in customer collection staging lanes for good customer service
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies at all times
Requirements:
• A minimum of a Grade 12 Math or Math Literacy
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Warehousing or Logistics required
• 3 to 5 years’ inventory or operations management experience
• Computer literate with excellent attention to detail
• Customer service orientated and problem solving abilities a must
