Responsibilities:
• Meet specified operational requirements
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Ensure that tools are kept in a safe working condition
• Report and rectify process deficiencies in the production area
• Liaise with the Shift Foreman and Site Manager
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or N3
• Certificate in Basic Mineral Processing or Coal Preparation (Added advantage)
Competencies:
• At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Wash Plant Operator
• Basic knowledge of the wash plant which includes flotation, crushing, thickening and screening
Competencies:
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Physically fit to do the work
• Emotional intelligence
• Listening skills
• Visibility on site
