Applications are invited for the above mentioned position to be based at the Adam Tas. The successful applicant will report to the Winemaker and Assistant Winemakers. The position will be required on a fixed term contract for 4 months starting in January 2022- April 2022.
Responsibilities:
• Primary production of Grapes
• Fermentation
• Post-Fermentation Tasks
Requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate
• 2 years cellar experience
• Sound communication skills.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Be able to communicate in English – Verbally and in Writing
