I’m writing to express my interest in the position of Administrative Assistant advertised on Indeed. I’m a hardworking, self-starting individual who is capable of completing tasks independently and meeting deadlines. My work experience includes administrative assistance and customer service roles . I have excellent organization skills and attention to detail, I have also worked on the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
If you are looking for someone to manage your office and administrative tasks, please consider me. In addition, I have worked as an assistant at an insurance company and gained valuable insight into the responsibilities of the position.
At my previous / current employment as an Administration Assistant, I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the offices and maintaining current systems and managing the diaries of the managers.
I have learnt the skills required to support executive staff on administrative tasks and day to day projects. The most important tasks I have undertaken involved the updating of documents, processing supplier invoices, arranging travel plans and managing expense reports.
I am an ambitious and hardworking individual with a strong desire to expand my experience. I possess the ability to adapt my working style to suit each workplace needs, as well as a good level of attention to detail.
