Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is thrilled to announce a compelling opportunity within our Learning and Development (L&D) department. We are seeking dynamic individuals with relevant skills and experience to join us as L&D Interns in Midrand. The successful candidate will have the privilege of reporting directly to the L&D Specialist.

Key Purposes

The primary objective of this role is to provide learning and development support aligned with the strategic priorities of CCBSA and L&D. This involves ongoing stakeholder engagements to drive competence development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development Infrastructure Support

  • Support the Learning & Development processes, practices, frameworks, and tools to drive standardization across the business.
  • Provide L&D support for various business projects.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

2. Competence Development

  • Support and implement in-country learning solutions, collaborating with other functional learning and development specialists.
  • Support the CAP process.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through ROI.
  • Drive and support learning and development processes and procedures.
  • Design and develop training material.

3. Governance

  • Track and monitor progress on all assigned L&D initiatives.
  • Maintain legislative and governance requirements in all aspects of Learning and Development to ensure compliance with auditing requirements.
  • Provide reports to customers as requested, meeting high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant HR Degree/Diploma.
  • Registered ODETDP (Occupational Directed Education and Training Program) Practitioner would be advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of Learning & Development experience, including training material development and facilitation, and large business project rollouts across a national footprint.
  • eLearning design and development would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • LMS365 experience would be advantageous.
