Job Description:

As a Call Centre Operator at IIE MSA, your primary responsibilities will include:

Fulfilling Telesales Function:

• Initiate telephonic contact with prospective students.
• Schedule interviews with students in accordance with set targets.
• Explain the purpose and process of interviews.
• Capture and manage student details in the database.
• Ask career-specific questions to determine the course of interest.
• Manage call hit/booking/interview arrival rates for optimal results.
• Respond to prospect/student inquiries and concerns.
• Complete confirmation calls and reschedule interviews.
• Maintain CRM (Customer Relations Management) records to track activity.

General Activities:

• Assist the Head: Student Recruitment (Full Time) with related admin/marketing tasks.
• Support the Admission Centre Coordinator with capturing registration documents during peak periods.
• Perform data capturing tasks for the database.

Competencies Required:

• High level of accuracy in typing and data capturing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills over the telephone.
• Strong organizational and administration skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric (essential).
• Relevant tertiary qualification recommended but not essential.

Minimum Work Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Admin/Marketing/Customer service/Telemarketing.
