Job Description:
As a Call Centre Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Moderating Customer Reviews: Manage and moderate all customer reviews while responding to email queries in English.
- Quality and Productivity: Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals set by management.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear and polite written and oral communication, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and processes to appropriately process customer requests.
- Problem Resolution: Escalate customer issues appropriately and provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
- Proactive Communication: Proactively communicate system and process issues, as well as customer feedback trends to management.
- Exceptional Service: Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Education: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a contact centre and customer service role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Zulu, and Sotho.
- Qualifications: Matric qualification is a must.
- Availability: Able and willing to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Shift Details: 10-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break), with a 6-day shift rotation from 6 am to midnight.
- Graveyard Rotation: To be determined.
