Job Description: As a Bench Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing equipment sent to the Bench Facilities. This role involves collaboration with colleagues and partners across the organization in South Africa to meet customer needs and ensure operational efficiency.

Your Role:

  • Equipment bench repairs in the workshop.
  • Providing limited technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • Serving as a secondary customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Reporting identified device safety issues according to applicable quality standards.
  • Establishing positive customer experiences and relationships, proactively communicating to build satisfaction, credibility, and trust.

  4. Are fluent in English, both verbal and written, in addition to the local language.
