Responsibilities:
Branch Operations
• Accurately complete a checklist for every vehicle that is delivered to the site
• To follow the 360 Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in totality
• Starting ratios on vehicles arriving at branch
• Ensure that all vehicles are locked and windows are closed /wrapped in plastic where necessary and that all loose parts are secured neatly inside the vehicle, and the batteries terminals were removed, before moving to bay allocation
• Ensure that all keys received are tagged correctly, recorded and handed over at the end of each shift
• Stocking in of vehicles
• Ensure that all drivable vehicles are driven to the bay allocation
• Ensure that all accident damaged vehicles are moved with the forklift using a plank to the bay allocation
• Ensure that Forklift Standard Operation Procedure is followed in totality, all forklift checklists are completed at the beginning of each shift and your yard controller sheet is filled in and handed in
• Complete releases checklist on all Repairs / Withdrawn / Reps / Sales and (SAPS Clearance) & take all exit photos
• Assist clients or assessors with viewing or any issue or assist admin with parts to be removed and ensure that new 360 is completed if necessary
• Ensure that the 360 yard and Assessment Centre is clean and tidy at all times and that all broken parts are removed to the skip
• Starting and double checking odo / spare wheels for vehicles ready 4 sale
• Assist with IWHM and redoing of 360’s
• Assist where required and requested to do so by management (This includes all reasonable requests as made by management)

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Forklift license
• Previous General Work or similar work experience
• Previous experience working on the computer (Advantage)
