This qualification is aimed at people already working in the banking sector.
The RPL (Recognition of Prior Learnin) methodology is designed specifically for those employees who are either already in a FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act) role or who have sufficient prior learning of sales and banking processes to be assessed without attending training.
The qualification covers the banking regulatory and legal environment, marketing and sales techniques, customer service and key banking products and services.
It is the ideal starting point upon which to build the rest of your banking training and the qualification provides access to the National Certificate in Banking at NQF 5 (also available through Chartall Business College as an online course).
