Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Client/Prospect portfolio preparation and analysis
Assisting clients with Vitality and Vitality Drive
Proactively manage client queries
Prepare quotes (on all product lines), updating schedules, monitor and manage claims, process new business, investment switches and transfers,
Scheduling client meetings
Keep up to date with latest product and benefits
Manage compliance system
General office duties but not limited to filing, scanning, printing, etc.
Accurate and thorough
Logical thinking
Problem solving
Attention to detail
Highly organized
Candidate Requirements/ Experience:
Administrative skills
Data capturing
Telephone customer service
Accuracy
Computer Literacy (Microsoft office – outlook, work, excel, internet)
