Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service representatives (CSR’s) to drive customer service excellence
• Address and assign all incoming calls to drive Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) achievement for customer satisfaction
• Exhibit a pro-active approach in attending to customer problems and needs, and avoidance of customer dissatisfaction, to display a total commitment in putting the customer first.
• Adherence to company policy and Procedures Job Requirements.
• Ensure IMO’s and RA’s are less than 3 Days old.
• To actively monitor and Ensure SA’s dispatch and arrive on site daily with in ETA set.
• Ensure parts are booked correctly on Calls and returned back to Stores. Asset management of internal Stock

• National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12: Grade 12
