Job Advert Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Administration Clerk, to ensure that trip numbers are recorded on the POD’s, record all the info on the POD’s on a schedule /register for submission to revenue clerk and receive signed proof of submission which must be filed. Minimum Requirements
▪ Matric
▪ Tertiary Qualification beneficial
▪ 1 -4 years Operational Admin Experience Management competencies:

Duties & Responsibilities
▪ Proper follow ups and accuracy has a financial impact. Full POD (Proof of Delivery) function
▪ Ensure signed POD’s are received for every delivery
▪ Collection of POD’s and trip sheets
▪ Ensure that trip numbers are recorded on the POD’s
▪ Load POD’s on electronic systems and keep the necessary copies/proof
▪ Ensure diversion information is recorded by the driver on the POD
▪ Record all the info on the POD’s on a schedule /register for submission to revenue clerk and receive signed proof of submission which must be filed Various other daily duties

▪ Faxing
▪ Data capturing on various systems Vehicles Trip Sheets
▪ Ensure trips sheets are completed fully and accurately daily by driver.
▪ Signed off by supervisor Client liaison ▪ Ensure good customer relations in daily interaction System: UniPlan (Ifox)
▪ Check input accuracy by supervisor – correct date and time, tonnage, POD number, driver information, vehicle information and other delivery information
▪ Capturing of delays relating to vehicle breakdowns, customer delays, traffic, loading delays, factory breakdowns and other Print delivery schedule daily and sign off, in confirmation that it is accurate and complete System: Transvision
▪ Ensure all loads are validated with correct reason codes and report all variations to the customer
▪ Compile and submit updated fleet list weekly to the customer by no later than 10h00 on Friday System: Entropy
▪ Assist the supervisor to record all incidents and accidents on Entropy System: Mix Telematics
▪ Tracking of vehicles, attending to panics, off route and driver delays on route and at the customer Key Performance
