Responsibilities:

1. Efficient Stock Management:
   • Execute receiving and dispatching of stock to and from suppliers/engineering team.
   • Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for all engineering inventory.
   • Adhere to BMR on all engineering stores procedures and follow FIFO for engineering consumables.
2. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Raise Gate passes on DMS and ensure all paperwork adheres to defined procedures.
   • Receipt all supplier invoices as per BMR, and raise purchase orders when required.
   • Administer all paperwork and delivery notes, preparing for engineering stores audits.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure all received stock is correct, with the right quantity, and in good condition.
   • Return damaged stock to the supplier promptly.
   • Physically verify and sign off on all stock received from suppliers.
4. General Store Tasks:
   • Perform general tasks such as 5S, Wages Timesheets, Spares Issuing, and Standard Deviation Capturing.
   • Prepare stock-take requirements in a timely manner.
5. Qualifications and Experience:
   • Grade 12/N3 or equivalent.
   • 1-year stores or warehouse experience in the manufacturing industry.
   • Good communication skills and ability to work unsupervised to meet set deadlines.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Engineering Packages (Oracle, SAP, DMS, etc.).
   • Understanding of stock-take procedures, well-organized, and focused on service delivery.
   • Good interpersonal skills, passion for the brand, ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.
   • Self-motivated, ambitious, professional, and well-groomed.
   • Understanding of engineering budgets.
