Job Description

Reporting to the Supply and Install Manager as an Estimator / Customer Service Administrator we are seeking a forward-thinking and highly engaging person to join our team at Mawson Lakes. You will a point of contact for estimation whilst ensuring our products are received in full and installed on time and efficiently.
You will manage around 30 inbound calls per day, completing approx. 200 quotes per month whilst liaising with the builders with regards to their scheduling, estimation & providing exceptional customer service to our external builders, installers, and our warehouse staff. You will resolve issues on delivery and rescheduling orders, data entry of all incoming orders while processing payments.
You will have experience and exposure within a similar role, be highly organised and be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time.

Key responsibilities
▪ Coordinate / scheduling insulation jobs & liaising with buildings
▪ Liaising with the warehouse for delivery
▪ Quoting customers on products and services
▪ Invoicing customers & investigation of invoicing
▪ Inbound calls / receive from builders – installers – warehouse
▪ Resolving issues on delivery and rescheduling
▪ Checking the supplier and installation inbox
▪ Processing payments & entering orders into our system
▪ Reading and understanding house plans, although training is provided

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate
▪ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
▪ SAP experience is highly advantageous or exposure
▪ Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
▪ Strong PC literacy skills (Microsoft Office).
▪ Team player with a positive attitude.
▪ Proactive and be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
▪ Work autonomously or within a team environment.
▪ Construction & Manufacturing experience highly regarded.
