Job Context
Servest Office Services, a division of Servest Pty (Ltd) has an exciting opportunity for a junior contracts administrator.The main function of this role is to ensure that contracts are of the quality standards and that they are loaded onto the system properly so that the service controllers can get the tasks /instructions for jobs to be undertaken.This role is resonsible for checking of the correct billing against tasks and contracts.
Minimum Requirements
▪ Matric and Diploma in Finance
▪ Excellent command of the English language
▪ Good understanding of company products and service offerings
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ Strong administrative skills
▪ 2/3 years experience in admin role
▪ Available to work overtime when required
▪ High levels of integrity
Duties & Responsibilities
▪ Ensure all new contracts are processed within 24 – 48 hours of receipt thereof
▪ Ensure that all contracts that need to be checked are done correctly, all errors sent for correction and follow up
▪ Data integrity:100 % data accuracy for all contracts received on Concept and New and Lost
▪ Scanning of contracts:Ensure all contracts are scanned and kept in secure location
▪ Ensuring that all frequencies are correct and the relevant stock is loaded
