Description
▪ This role serves as the primary interface between Bayport, its customers and employees.
▪ This role requires a high level of professionalism and courtesy, that leaves a good impression and builds upon a solid reputation about our brand.
▪ Being the first point of contact for Bayport, receptionists are responsible for routing incoming calls, addressing visitor inquiries and providing an overall welcoming environment.
▪ This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as and when needed.
Requirements
▪ Matric and/or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
▪ Minimum 1+ years experience in a customer service-related role

▪ Minimum of 1+ year’s experience in the financial services sector
▪ 2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Receptionist
