▪ Applications that meet the stated requirements are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Receptionist to join a team based at the Head Office in Waterfall. This role reports directly to the Client Care Desk Team Leader, in the Marketing Shared Services Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements
▪ Grade 12
▪ A tertiary qualification in Office Administration or any related field would be an advantage
▪ At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role required.
▪ Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
▪ Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
▪ Maintain reception area in an orderly, clean, and tidy manner at all times
▪ Ensure visitors sign in and out when arriving or leaving the premises
▪ Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
▪ Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed for the boardroom kitchen and the marketing storeroom
▪ Manage the external visitor boardrooms (ensure they are clean, manage bookings and resolve booking conflicts)
▪ Assist management where needed
