Job Advert Summary
Purpose of the position
▪ To capture incoming clinical data on clients rendered service from the facilities, mobile and outreach teams; Maintain electronic database for data submitted; Check data correctness, completeness, consistency and data verification by liaising with relevant staff.
Minimum Requirements
▪ Grade 12 (level 4 qualification)
▪ National certificate and/or training in the HIV AIDS and STI programme
▪ Basic computer literacy skills
▪ Beneficiary of DREAMS
▪ Background or interest in HIV and public health
▪ Proficiency in English and isiXhosa
▪ Clear criminal record
▪ Must reside in proximity of identified health facility
Additional Requirements
▪ All Candidates must be between 18-24 years
▪ Candidates must reside within 5kms from the clinic you are applying for
Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Prepare, pull and file client folders
▪ Data capturing
▪ Quality assurance
▪ Linkage to care
▪ Attend workshops, meetings and trainings as required
▪ Data verification and reporting
▪ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Data Monitor
