National Nuclear Regulator is calling on interested candidates to apply for the Quality and Knowledge Management Internship. This position is in the Archives and Documentation department.

Remuneration: R60 000.00 to R150 000.00 per year

Job description

To provide and manage knowledge management, information and document management services for the NNR

Responsibilities:
• Cataloguing and classification of library collections
• Maintaining indexing systems and files for collections
• Maintaining document and record inventories and conducting inventory audits
• Allocation of document numbers and retrieval of records
• Migrating documents to current templates
• Preserving and caring for organizational records
• Disposal or archival of obsolete records and data migration

Requirements:
• NQF level 6 in Information Science or records management
• No working experience, graduate in search of internship to gain experience
