Area of Speacialization : To provide efficient and effective procurement of goods and services (i.e. Low value risk) timeously, within budget and in accordance with procurement policies, procedures and practices
Department : Procurement

Responsibilities:
• Execute integrated sourcing and procurement processes and follows prescribed procedures towards fulfilling procurement needs
• Execute purchasing of goods and services and manage procurement administration
• Consults with supervisor to manage problems/risks and make recommendations timeously
• Negotiate and coordinate conclusion of the agreement with suppliers to meet customer expectations
• Build and maintain healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships
• Access, analyses procurement information independently

Requirements:
• National Diploma/National N Diploma in Transport/Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain Mgmt at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits
• Sourcing and procurement or related technical experience (2 years’ experience)
