Objective: To assist in an administrative/commercial/ secretarial function to the Consumer & OTC division, providing comprehensive support to the division for their optimal output. Serve as interface between the department and internal and external customers

Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive admin support to the Consumer and OTC division to ensure all internal administrative processes are running smoothly and policies are adhered to.
• Collating of documents e.g., KPA discussion forms (with scoring), Quarterly Commission Discussion forms, monthly planners, and sales Forecast Trackers per Region.
• Typing of letters as required and managing the team ordering requirements.
• Preparing minutes for all team meetings as required by the division
• Minute-taking is imperative in keeping a record of all team meeting discussion points.
• Meeting dates, attendees, assigned action points must be accurately noted.
• Processing of vendor invoices to ensure timeous payments are made in keeping in line with SLA’s.
• Raising requisitions for all divisional expenses on SAP and maintaining a monthly recon.
• Managing refunds and credits
• Sales Data extraction for customer business reviews and pharmacy trainings
• Customer sales data is extracted from the relevant QlikSense model.

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Secretarial diploma
• Sales / Marketing diploma an advantage
• 3 – 5 years General divisional assistant experience required
• Computer literate: MS Office
• SAP packages an advantage
• General administration experience
• Customer service experience essential
• Co-ordinating / multi-tasking for more than one manager
