Responsibilities:
• Buying tasks
• Liaise with the internal and external vendors to ensure best practice for the procurement of materials Raise purchase orders.
• Administrative responsibilities
• Resolve purchase order/invoice queries. Carry out general administrative responsibilities within the department Implement, monitor, and update procurement schedule
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or Abet Level 4
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication , verbal and written skills
• Numerical, analytical, and interpretive ability
• Attention to detail
