This position is responsible for logging claims and facilitating the returns process to the various suppliers.
The person responsible in this position will have to do the necessary follow ups and ensure that the whole returns process is completed.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for resolving customer related queries.
• Assist with the movement of stock from the quarantine area to the warehouse.
• Adjust stock and issue credit notes as needed.
• Liaise with the Telesales department regarding customer queries.
• Assist with logging claims to suppliers and supplier upliftment as needed.
• Ensure that stock investigations relating to customer return queries are done timeously.
• Generating and updating monthly reports for all courier service providers.
• Perform any other reasonable ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualification
• At least 1 years relevant working experience working in a similar role.
Desirable:
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
Skills:
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
• High attention to detail
• Effective planning and organising skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Fluent in English as well as at least one other official language
• Sound numeracy skills
Desirable:
• Pharmaceutical product knowledge
• Working knowledge of the POS-i-TILL system
