Applications are now open for eighty 12month Contact Centre Learnership Positions at Trinity
Trust Foundation.

We are looking for strong, balanced, mature, responsible, teachable, learners who are highly motivated and driven to succeed in the BPO sector. As a learner in our contact centre, you will learn, whilst receiving the support in the contact centre to achieve set key performance indicators and be accountable for the overall success of the centre through quality outbound calling, report writing, and receive coaching/mentoring from our experienced call centre agents supported and monitored by our contact centre management. Our contact centre supports various product campaigns, and the staff compliment is a mixture of learners and permanent staff. As a learner agent, you will also be expected to implement processes to improve the overall performance of the centre.
This is a perfect project for youth who aspire to become an experienced contact centre agent who
would like to learn, transition and grow in the BPO sector.

Requirements:
Matric or Grade 12
• Clear Credit and Criminal record
• Computer literate and ability to speed type
•Ability to work various shifts within a 24hour environment
• Min of 1 year customer service experience (advantages but not prerequisite)
• Excellent negotiation and customer empathy
