Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the Reverse Logistics function for Mobeni, reporting to the Logistics Manager.
• Work closely with the Sales, Dispatch and Transport team to attend to customer queries on a daily basis.
• Verifying Customer GRNs against stocks returned.
• Processing Credits for RPM/Stocks returned on JDE Edwards – process and close off within 48hrs.
• Prepare a Monthly Finished Goods Returns Reports, to be submitted to the Logistics Manager.
• Monitor the Reverse Logistics Costs – Transportation and RPM write off costs.
• Process PO payments every Monday for Line-haul Deliveries – 7 Days Lead Time.
• Receive and file all Tax Invoices for line-haul deliveries dispatched on a monthly basis.
• Follow up on all PODs dispatched and ensure that these PODs are signed and returned to site within the agreed SLA days (between 5–7 working days) – work closely with the Imperial team.
• Attend to the Missing PODs Report sent by the Finance Team on a Weekly basis – provide reasons for missing PODs to the Logistics Manager.
• Ensure safety levels on all RPM SOH and work closely with the Sales and Dispatch Team to uplift RPM from customer premises, and / raise PO for new deliveries
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 with Admin, warehousing / distribution control experience
• Valid Forklift license would be an added advantage
• Qualification in Supply Chain, Business Man and / Finance (advantageous)
